Refund & Exchange Policy

Jour Fragrances

We offer a 5 ml tester to try the fragrance before purchasing the full size.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to personal preference.

Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchanges are accepted only if:

The item arrives damaged or broken.

There is a defect in the sprayer.

Visible impurities are found inside the fragrance.

Returns are accepted only if the product is completely unopened and unused.

A 120 EGP fee will be deducted for shipping in case of return (unless the issue is from our side).

Refunds are processed after inspection using the original payment method.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

Jour Fragrances

نوفر عينة 5 مل لتجربة العطر قبل شراء العبوة الكاملة، لذلك لا يتم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بسبب عدم الإعجاب بالرائحة.

يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.

يتم الاستبدال فقط في حالة:

وصول المنتج مكسور أو تالف.

وجود عيب في البخاخ.

وجود شوائب داخل العطر.

يتم الاسترجاع فقط إذا كانت العبوة غير مفتوحة وغير مستخدمة.

يتم خصم 120 جنيه مقابل الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع (إلا إذا كان الخطأ من جانبنا).

يتم رد المبلغ بعد فحص المنتج بنفس طريقة الدفع.
